The challenge

Our client approached us with a specific requirement to deliver a tool that could extract contact information from various websites on the internet. They sought an efficient solution to automate this process, reducing manual efforts and potential errors in data extraction.

Our approach

In response to the client's request, we developed a solution utilizing four RPA (Robotic Process Automation) bots, each programmed to extract contact information from specific websites. What set our solution apart was the implementation of parametrization in the robots, allowing for dynamic changes in the extraction process, particularly for email addresses. This flexibility enabled our client to adapt to evolving email formats and sources.

Impact

The implementation of our RPA solution had a positive impact on our client's data extraction needs. It significantly reduced manual labor, errors, and time spent on gathering contact information from websites.
